Delivery Information

Deliveries are free for orders over £200 excluding VAT. Deliveries to highlands, islands and outlying areas may incur a surcharge. Contact our sales office for details.
In order to minimize disruption to deliveries, please can you ensure that the following guidelines are met:
It is important that all goods are checked on delivery. Signing unchecked is not sufficient and claims will not be endorsed on clear or unchecked items Proofs of Delivery.
Deliveries are to thresholds of business addresses only, not to point of use and do not include removal of old appliances or packaging. Delivery is, unless otherwise specified, by single driver transport. Please ensure that any additional labour or equipment required for unloading is on site at time of delivery
Change of delivery address will be charged for if goods are in transit.
 
Delivery vehicles are normally 18 tonnes and approximately the size of a double decker bus (13ft High and 36ft long). If there are any issues with this, please report it immediately so provisions can be made.
 
If pre-booked deliveries are not met by the customer there will be a charge for the re-delivery of the goods
 
If orders are cancelled whilst in transit they will incur our standard restocking charges and aborted delivery charge.
 
Please ensure that there is adequate access to allow goods to be delivered into premises. Any costs incurred by the Company due to inadequate site access for the delivery shall be charged to the Purchaser.
 
Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday.


Next Day Delivery


Not all items qualify for free next day delivery. Items stating 'Free Next Day Delivery' will be delivered free of charge the next working day providing:
  • They are ordered over the internet by 3d secure card transaction (telephone orders and orders not 3d secure will not be delivered next day for security reasons) 
  • They are to vbe delivered to one of the following postcodes: AL, B, BA, BB, BD, BH, BL, BN, BR, BS, CB, CH, CM, CO, CR, CT, CV, CW, DA, DE, DN, DY, E, EC, EN, FY, GL, GU, HA, HD, HG, HP, HR, HU, HX, IG, IP, KT, L, LE, LN, LS, LU, M, ME, MK, N, NG, NN, NP, NR, NW, OL, OX, PE, PO, PR, RG, RH, RM, S, SE, SG, SK, SL, SM, SN, SO, SP, SS, ST, SW, TF, TN, TW, UB, W, WA, WC, WD, WF, WN, WR, WS, WV, YO, CA, CF, DH, DL, DT, EH, EX, G, FK, LA, LD, LL, ML, NE, PL, SA, SR, SY, TA, TQ, TR, TS, EH, FK, G, ML
  • The order is placed before Midday (after Midday the order may be next working day or the working day after).
NB working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Public Holidays.
