The Mercatus Y5-500 can chill and freeze large quantities of food in small amounts of time. Taste, appearance and nutritional quality of food is preserved.
What is more, this versatile blast chiller and shock freezer can also be used as a storage chiller/freezer. This model accepts up to 5 x GN 1/1 size trays/pans in blast mode and up to 16 x GN 1/1 trays/pans as storage unit.
