Pitco quality at value price, the 35C/S is a free standing, stand-alone fryer with a welded tank. A smooth machine peened finish ensures easy cleaning and the high temperature stainless steel alloy baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency.
Standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required. The cabinet is contructed from a stainless steel front and door with galvanized sides and back.
Important: Not recommended for use in mobile units.
