The Blizzard BR1SS Refrigerator is supplied with energy efficient Dixell Blue Line Controller, high 43°C ambient operating temperature, improved ventilation and energy efficient 70mm thick insulation. What is more, it has 4 x 2/1 gastronorm shelves and is supplied on heavy duty castors to assist with getting it into position. Internal corners are rounded for easy cleaning. Self closing doors with stay open facility.

For the energy conscious who want to reduce energy bills, the Blue Line range delivers superb reductions in energy use compared to standard units using a unique Dixell controller.

HOW DOES THE BLUELINE CONTROLLER WORK?

The BLUELINE controller has been programmed with algorithms to reduce the amount of starts the compressor needs to make in relation to its usage. Most electrical energy is used on a refrigerated cabinet when a compressor starts, so by reducing the number of starts it reduces the energy usage. This does not affect the storage temperature of the product.
