The Blizzard LB2SS 2/1 Gastronorm Freezer has a capacity of 1300 litres and has double aluminium framed glass doors. It has 4 x 2/1 gastronorm shelves per door and is supplied on heavy duty castors to assist with getting it into position. Internal corners are rounded for easy cleaning. Self closing door with stay open facility. Supplied with energy efficient Dixell Blue Line Controller.

HOW DOES THE BLUELINE CONTROLLER WORK?
The BLUELINE controller has been programmed with algorithms to reduce the amount of starts the compressor needs to make in relation to its usage. Most electrical energy is used on a refrigerated cabinet when a compressor starts, so by reducing the number of starts it reduces the energy usage. This does not affect the storage temperature of the product.
