The Vista 60 Bake & Display Oven is King Edward's most striking oven to date. Moving away from the traditional old-fashioned styling of cast iron look potato ovens, the Vista 60 combines proven potato baking technology, practicality and contemporary modern design. The oven cooks a full load of potatoes in approximately one hour, it has an independently heated, illuminated display area for ready-to-serve potatoes with 360º merchandising visibility, and clean lines in polished stainless steel and glass.
The heated glass display area has hinged doors on both sides for flexible access, making the oven adaptable to either counter top or back bar siting. The oven has food grade stainless steel interior with removable wire trays for safe and easy cleaning.
Not just for potatoes - the Vista 60 is a highly effective fan-assisted convection oven that is perfect for cooking and displaying any food you want to keep heated for service - including pastries, breads, pies.
