This Electric Fan Assisted Oven from Parry has 2 x 2.5kW elements that are rear mounted so work in conjunction with the 2 x fans, which blow the heated air around the oven cavity giving improved efficiency and consistent temperatures throughout the oven. The even distribution of heat means food will cook well on any of the shelves, and enables lower temperatures for cooking.
