The Roller Grill SB-40-F is ideal for hotels and buffets. Fully Mobile tith 2 locking castors and tray side on each side. Upper lighting helps merchandise your produce whilst an open lower storage shelf is perfect for trays/plates and other accesories.
This unit is capable of holding any combination of containers upto 150mm deep (4 1/1 GN) iptimizing the presentation and keeping the right temperature (+2 to +10°C)
The cold conduction in the buffet is provided by a pin in contact with the stainless steel plate. No more manual defrosting: the evaporator tube is protected from the air. Automatic Defrosting occurs every 2 hours thanks to the electronic thermostat.
