The i5 oven maximizes throughput and versatility with its large cavity size and ability to cook with almost any metal pan up to a full-size hotel or gastronorm pan. Features independently-controlled dual motors for vertically-recirculated air impingement, smart menu system capable of storing up to 200 recipes and it is field-configurable for single or 3-phase operation.

Turbochef i5 serves warm, delicious food with minimal wait time, ex. French fries in just 3 minutes and 30 seconds or Chicken Wings-8-count (frozen) in just 4 minutes. In fact, it is up to 12 times as fast as a convectional oven.
